Who are you?
We’re Bewilderbeest – A crack(pot) team of nitwits who love the absurd. We sell daft greeting cards, prints, and gifts. Expect animals, puns, peculiarities, and the
occasional regency-era goose.
How long will my order take?
We aim to dispatch your absurdities within 1–2 working days. Once flung into the postal system delivery can take approximately:
• UK: 1–3 working days
• International: 5–10 working days (though it depends on the whims of customs officers and migrating storks)
If you’ve ordered a T-shirt, which is printed on demand, dispatch times may take a little longer (approx. 5-7 working days).
How much is shipping?
Postage starts from a modest sum, depending on the size of your bewilderment. You'll see exact shipping costs at checkout.
FREE UK shipping on orders over £30, or £2.50 if under £30.
International: Flat rate of £12
Are your cards eco-friendly?
Indeed! All our cards are printed on 300gsm, sustainably sourced card – strong enough to survive a minor goat nibble. They're sent naked, with an
envelope enclosed (without cello), and posted in recyclable packaging.
Can I frame your prints?
You may! Our 8 x 10 and 12 x 16 prints fit standard frames. They’re printed on lovely thick paper and are ready to be admired.
There are couple of rogue prints that are not standard size so you may need to get bespoke frames for these ones.
My order hasn’t arrived. Help!
Gadzooks! Check under the cat, behind the postbox, or with your neighbour Gerald (we reckon he looks shifty).

Can you write and send a card directly to someone else on my behalf?
We’re flattered you’d trust us with your heartfelt nonsense, but alas — we no longer offer a handwriting service. Mostly because Iain’s handwriting has been likened to “a spider having an emotional crisis”, and the dog keeps eating the pens.
Best to send it blank and write your own delightful gibberish inside.
Can I stock your stuff in my shop?
Why yes! Pop over to our Wholesale page for all the details, or email us at info@bewilderbeest.co.uk with your shop name, contact name, and a fun fact (optional but encouraged).
Do you do commissions?
Not since Iain agreed to draw someone’s baby and drew the ears too big. Not his finest hour.
Currently Iain is not taking commissions, but join the mailing list and you’ll be the first to hear if he opens any commission slots.
Can I personalise things I buy?
Not currently (unless you do it yourself at home). It’s something we are looking into.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Most of our products are sent by our fulfilment warehouse, prints are sent by Iain because each print is hand signed by him, and t-shirts are printed to order by our ‘Print on Demand’ printer. So, you may receive different packages at different times. You can just pretend it’s your birthday!
Never fear, you will only be charged one shipping cost.
How tall is Iain?
Taller than the average bear.
