HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 working days.

Most orders are dispatched by our smashing partners at Littledart Fulfilment in Devon, UK and will be sent via Royal Mail (2nd class) or on occasion, DHL.

Prints or original artwork will be sent from our other warehouse, known as Bewilderbeest HQ, where Colonel Mustang runs a tight ship. Your order will either be sent with Royal Mail or on occasion another courier. 

International orders can take 2-3 weeks to arrive, and please be patient and allow extra time at busy times of the year.

T-SHIRTS: These are made to order and shipped directly to you by a company called Printful. They are usually delivering within 2-4 business days, but please allow longer at busy times of year.

Please note, the delivery times are an estimate only, and are not guaranteed by our couriers.

If you need your order quickly please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you as fast as we can! Email info@bewilderbeest.co.uk and Colonel Mustang will deploy the troops.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We love what we do and we that hope you love your Bewilderbeest purchase as much as we enjoyed making it. However, if there is an issue we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange if required (minus any delivery costs).

You can return an item within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund, which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. 

Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.

Returns are accepted for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items only. Please ensure you use the Size Guide to order the correct size.
