CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINES:
Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. The below dates are the cut off dates for when we need to receive your order by. We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery by these dates, we are dependent on Royal Mail and other couriers, and it’s common for them to experience delays at this time of year, especially with the various Royal Mail strikes.
Cut off dates to place orders in time for Christmas delivery:
-UK: 10th December
-Everywhere else: 2nd December
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Most orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 working days.
Cards, Calendars and Coasters are dispatched by our smashing partners at Littledart and will be sent via Royal Mail (1st class) or on occasion, DHL.
Other items will be sent from our other warehouse, known as Bewilderbeest HQ, where Colonel Mustang runs a tight ship. Your order will either be sent with Royal Mail (1st class) or Evri (Standard delivery).
International orders can take 2-3 weeks to arrive, and please be patient and allow extra time at busy times of the year.
T-SHIRTS: These are made to order and shipped directly to you by a company called Printful. They are usually delivering within 2-4 business days, but please allow longer at busy times of year.
Please note, the delivery times are an estimate only, and are not guaranteed by our couriers.
If you need your order quickly please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you as fast as we can! Email info@bewilderbeest.co.uk and Colonel Mustang will deploy the troops.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY
Standard delivery: £2.50 on items costing less than £30.
T-Shirts cost £3.95 to deliver.
Free delivery on orders over £30
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Greeting cards, Coasters, Gift Wrap, Calendars, Wood Prints and Small Prints – £5.85
Prints – £12.95
Notecards – £8.50 for 1 set, £12.95 for 3 sets
Placemats – £8.50 for 1, £22 for a set of 4 (They are heavy & quite expensive to send unfortunately).
T-Shirts cost £3.95 to deliver.

CHANGES TO EU SHIPPING SINCE BREXIT:
Since the UK’s departure from the European Union, there have been some fundamental changes in tax law. For customers buying our products from the EU, you will not be charged VAT/ tax on your order at the time of the purchase. However, you will have to pay an import tax and other duties upon the goods arriving in your country. You will need to pay these charges to the courier/ delivery company in order to receive the goods. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We love what we do and we that hope you love your Bewilderbeest purchase as much as we enjoyed making it. However, if there is an issue we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange if required (minus any delivery costs).
You can return an item within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund, which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.
Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.

Returns are accepted for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items only. Please ensure you use the Size Guide to order the correct size.
